After posting an earlier review that was premature, I need to sing the praises of Apex with regards to their graffiti removal. We had a TOUGH job on our wall that got tagged shortly after it was built. After some early communication hiccups that came as a result of uncontrollable circumstances Apex consistently worked with me and took steps to remove almost unremovable graffiti.
