I contacted Apex to get a quote for cleaning the entire commercial building of my strip mall and power washing the front sidewalks. They were the only company I found that offered hot water capabilities, which proved to be very helpful in removing stains and gum from the sidewalks. The building and sidewalks look fantastic now. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend this company.
I contacted Apex for a quote on cleaning my home's exterior, which had significant oxidation. While a siding company recommended repainting, Jason was able to remove all the oxidation, making my home look freshly painted. His work saved me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this company!

After posting an earlier review that was premature, I need to sing the praises of Apex with regards to their graffiti removal. We had a TOUGH job on our wall that got tagged shortly after it was built. After some early communication hiccups that came as a result of uncontrollable circumstances Apex consistently worked with me and took steps to remove almost unremovable graffiti. APEX employees were friendly and responsive to our request while cleaning our gutters. Our home is two story involving 6 down spouts and gutters on both levels. Tyler was very courteous and respective of our home including washing any gutter debris off of the house. We recommend their services.

I needed a small section of my roof pressure washed to remove some moss. Apex gave me a great price on a small job. I was happy to see they were willing to take on this project. They showed up on time, went right to work, cleaned up, and finished as scheduled. There were some minor issues with the roofing. I contacted Apex, explained my concerns, and they agreed to come back and resolve my concerns. It took a couple of tries, mainly due to my schedule. However, Apex keep in touch until the issue was resolved. I'm going to have them come out and clean my windows, just as soon as the spider spray guy gets done. Thanks for your help, Apex.

I have worked with Apex (Formerly, Imperial power washing) for years, alway happy with quality, care and pricing. Gutters were a disaster, we had not cleaned them for 7 years, I wouldn't recommend waiting that long. Jake form APEX did a great job and made sure there was so debris left behind on our patio, walkways or around the house after he completed the job. I will always use APEX for all my power and window washing needs!

I contacted APEX to clean the exterior of our house as we prepare to put it on the market. The light colored trim was so dirty I was certain we would have to repaint. APEX contacted me with a quote and scheduled the work quickly. When the guys arrived to do the cleaning they were professional and really good at their job. In the end the APEX cleaning saved me about $2,000 in repainting as they worked a miracle on my trim. The house looks fantastic and I would not have had the same results if I would have tried to do this on my own.

Apex exterior cleaning is the best in the Tri-cities. I had hard water build up on the majority of my windows and thought I was going to replace them. Apex came out and made them like new. Not only that but they got the oxidization off my siding and cleaned my roof. I have dealt with other exterior cleaning companies and none come close in comparison with Apex. Their knowledge, customer service, professionalism and prices is superior. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. Save yourself time and money and choose Apex.
